At CSR Building Supplies, we want to ensure you have the right tools and materials for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused building materials in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or bring the items directly to our warehouse facility for immediate processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
