Standard delivery for in-stock materials typically takes 3-5 business days. For bulk orders like timber or drywall, we will coordinate a specific drop-off window to ensure your site is ready for the arrival.
Can I return unused building supplies?
Yes, unused and undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut materials or special-order items are final sale.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For local truck deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours prior to arrival.
